Never thought I’d see the day, but VIBE Magazine is no more according to Allhiphop. Founded back in 1993 by Quincy Jones, VIBE was the longest-standing urban magazine.  According to reports the legendary magazine will now completely shift its efforts to the internet and will no longer publish printed versions.

The legendary magazine was bought out last year by Spin Media Group and the companies CEO, Stephen Blackwell and this to say about the latest changes, ‘When I look at what was going on here prior to my tenure, I think that some of the resources…if we’re directing resources toward print, that intrinsically means that we’re directing resources away from digital. I’m here to commit to directing all of our resources toward the digital side of Vibe.’

Speaking of changes, listen to Tha Wire below to hear how many people got laid off.

Finally, Chris Brown said he had absolutely nothing to do with a New York City nightclub brawl that went down yesterday morning (Sept. 11).  According to TMZ, the fight took place at the VIP Room early Thursday where Breezy was hosting a New York Fashion Week after party for OK!   Reportedly bottles were thrown, one person was injured, but no arrests were made.

TheBoomBox reports a person who witnessed the fight told NY Daily News ,“Chris Brown is innocent for once.  The fight happened directly across the room from Chris and his crew.” Another club goer also vouched for the singer and added, “It had absolutely nothing to do with him nor was he involved.”

A rep for the VIP Room also confirmed that Breezy was not involved in the brawl and was “completely oblivious” to the incident.

Today Chris took to Twitter shortly after the incident and tweeted, "There was no brawl involving me or anyone from my camp last night at VIP room.The devil is in full effect at all times.  God is the way." Breezy told Billboard in a recent interview, “ I am not perfect, no one is,” and said he’s trying to live and be positive and that includes squashing his beef with Drake.  By way of AllHipHop.com, watch how Chris describes to Sway how he's making major changes in his life;
