AllHipHop reports Bryan “Birdman” Williams is once again being named in a conspiracy to have Lil Wayne killed.  Recently the Cash Money mogul sat down with Power 105’s Angie Martinez and during the course of two days, talked the beef between he and Lil Wayne. The two discussed a variety of issues and when the Power DJ asked if he had anything to do with Weezy's tour bus shooting, the Cash Mogul said no.

As previously reported, Atlanta's WSB news revealed police and federal agents uncovered a murder plot involving Young Thug and Birdman.  This is still under investigation, but the two allegedly conspired to have Lil Wayne murdered and got a man named Jimmy "PeeWee Roscoe" Winfrey to carry it out.

Winfrey is Young Thugs road manager and he's also the guy who shot-up Lil Wayne's tour buses in April, as the rapper left a gig in Atlanta.  He has since been indicted for the crime and is currently in custody.   TMZ reports Winfrey is pissed he's the only one behind bars and broke street-code and ratted Birdman out.

TMZ reports:

Jimmy Winfrey claims in new court docs he shouldn’t be singled out for the crime, when “[Birdman’s] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting.”

So, Winfrey argues, “[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime.” He’s not specifically saying Birdman ordered the hit, but essentially that’s what he’s saying.

As stated Winfrey's Cobb County, Georgia indictment named both Thug and Birdman as possible co-conspirators in a plot to kill Lil Wayne.  Authorities say there's plenty of motive.  For starters, Lil Wayne is the cash-cow of Cash Money.  Between his career success and the revenue his Young Money label and artists like Drake and Nicki Minaj bring in, Cash Money would be nothing without them.

There's no question Lil Wayne is trying to leave, plus he's suing Birdman for unpaid royalties, breach of contract and album advances.   Some say this whole situation is reminiscent to the unsolved murder of rap legend Tupac.  Most believe Suge Knight had Pac murdered because, he was trying to leave the label and like Weezy, he was Death Row's biggest artist.

Even still, a murder plot hasn't been proven.  Birdman and Young Thug have not been formally charged in connection to the tour bus shooting.  So until they are, this is all speculation.  I'll keep you posted if anything changes on this story.
