3rd Annual Chad “Pimp C” Butler Hip-Hop Health & Wellness Festival [VIDEO]

Surviving UGK member Bun B will team up with Pimp C’s widow Chinara and family for the 3rd annual Chad "Pimp C" Butler Hip Hop, Health & Wellness Festival.  It's still hard to believe Pimp C is no longer with us and even harder to believe the event is now in its third year. 

In case you didn't know it will also feature a wide rage of services, from  HIV/STD testing, immunization shots and other services to benefit the local Houston community.  This year is extra special because there will be a Pimp C memorial exhibit, an art show and a raffle of a Wii video console.

Even if you don't need the services being provided, come out lend a hand and show your support.  The Pimp C Health Fair, was started by the late rapper’s wife Chinara, to continue his legacy.  Chinara Butler recently sat down with AllHipHop.com to discuss the event saying "“Chad was a REAL Underground King, and believed in helping those less fortunate,” Chinara Butler told AllHipHop.com. “This event embodies what he was all about.”

The 3rd Annual Chad ‘Pimp C’ Butler Hip Hop, Health & Wellness Festival takes place this Saturday (December 10), from 2p-6p at the Fifth Ward Multi Service Center in H-Town.

Pimp C died as most of you know passed  in a Los Angeles hotel room on December 4, 2007.  A coroner ruled that his death was a combination of a accidental drug overdose, along with sleep apnea.
