Congrats are in order to 6lack, whose latest album, East Atlanta Love Letter, debuted on the Billboard 200 chart yesterday (Sept. 23).

The rapper-singer's second LP comes in at No. 3 this week with an impressive 77,000 units pushed, according to a Sept. 23 report from Billboard. This marks the first time 6lack has ever charted in the top 10. In a new Instagram post, the rapper-singer publicly celebrated with a photo of him smoking. "#1 R&B album, #3 album on billboard 200. projected to do 30-40k... we did 77k," the caption reads.

His debut album, Free 6lack, peaked at No. 34 in 2017, so this a huge win for the Atlanta musician.

East Atlanta Love Letter sees features from J. Cole, Offset and Future. Last week, 6lack shared the visual for the LP's title track, which finds him and Future in their hometown. The video, shot in Atlanta, has already amassed over two million views since its release on Sept. 18.

In related news, 6lack is featured on Young Thug's new EPOn the Rvn, which dropped today (Sept. 24). The wordsmith is also embarking on his From East Atlanta With Love world tour next week, kicking it off on Oct. 6 in Cape Town, South Africa. He will be joined by Tierra Whack, Boogie, They. and Summer Walker as they trek across Africa, Europe, Australia and the United States, with their last performance scheduled on Dec. 21 in Atlanta. Tickets are available through his official website.
