This Saturday on Bounce TV, as we celebrate Juneteenth, get ready for the Black Music Honors. This is an event that celebrates legendary musical icons. This year's honorees will be Angie Stone, Ginuwine, Marvin Sapp, and Jazz Pianist Ramsey Lewis.

Today, I will have the opportunity to speak with Angie Stone to talk about her illustrious career from beginning as a member of Sequence to having a successful solo career with classics like No More Rain in the Clouds and Brotha. I love when I get the chance to speak with artists who I personally listened to and have a respect for.

Also, make sure you tune in to the Black Music Honors this Saturday afternoon featuring performances from CeCe Winans, Montell Jordan, Chrisette Michele, Jacquees, Afer 7, and more. This is not only a celebration of great music, but also recognizing what is soon to become a national holiday, Juneteenth.
