They say if at first, you don't succeed, try again, which seems to be the case for Birdman. The 55-year-old rapper is putting his Miami mansion back on the market for $15.5 million.

According to a report from TMZ on Wednesday (Dec. 12), Birdman's mansion was on sale for a year without a successful buyer making an offer. The mansion, which is located on Palm Island in Florida, was going for $20 million last year. Now the asking price has dropped $4.5 million. Elaborating on the mansion's details, the house features 10 bedrooms, guest suites, a private beach, volleyball court, two wine cellars, a movie theater and a chef's kitchen with a pizza oven.

Aside from trying to get his pricey pad off his hands, last month, Birdman joined forces with Cash Money Records signee Jacquees for their collaborative album, Lost at Sea 2, which serves as the follow-up to their 2016 project, Lost at Sea. In a press release, Jacquees shared his excitement over the chance to take risks with Stunna.

"When we do Lost at Sea, I get to flow different," the "B.E.D." musician said. "People know me for R&B but can hear that rap in there with the R&B on this. Stunna is one of the greatest. What I love the most is I get to show everybody a different side of my artistry and what I can do."

Keeping that same respectable energy, Birdman said that he sees the potential in Jacquees. "This young man is the future," he shared.
