Bruno Mars teamed up with Cardi B for the Finesse remix, and pays tribute to the iconic 90's comedy TV series, In Living Color. An maannn did the music video bring back the memories! Airing on, Fox, the show is legendary. Known for it's hilarious skits, ghetto flava, New Jack/Hip Hop 90's swag, and controversial comedy from the hoods point of few. The show was way ahead of it's time.

Featuring the latest fashions, and hottest dance moves of the Fly Girls, to performances from the biggest music stars of the day. The show was epic! Outside of the Wayans brothers, the Emmy Award winning show also birthed mega-superstars like: Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, David Allen Grier, Tommy Davidson, not to mention original Fly Girl Jennifer Lopez, and the boss chick that put choreographed all their fly steps...the one and only Rosie Perez. Had it not been for that show, none of them would have been the stars they are today.

In Living Color ran for 5 seasons, from 1990-1994. Twenty-four years later you can still watch the reruns, and there just as funny today, as they were back in the day! The character's made that show! So let's give "Two snaps and a twist" to Men On Film, HEYYYYYY! to Wanda, Fire Marshall Bill, Hommie the Clown, and The Homeboy Shopping Network! Plus the insanely funny antics of Calhoun Tubbs...Like to hear it? Here it go! Those were the days. Thanks to all of you for the hilarious memories! Of course you can't mention the hit comedy series, without giving props to Kim Wayans. Who can forget Benita Butrell? Girlfriend's contribution to the show was HUGE, but uh "You ain't heard that from me!"

Finesse remix, and the classic Living Color nod is fire. Mars on tweeted Wednesday night. "Shout out to the people over at Fox Studios and a very special thank you to [Keenen Ivory Wayans]." He also posted that the remix spin of
Finesse was inspired by the classic show.

Confirmation that the remix was a hit came directly from the Wayans fam! Kim wasted no time, taking to Twitter to give a BIG shout-out to young superstars.

Living Color co-creator Damon Wayans, sent Bruno and Cardi a big shout out for the "dope video," on behalf of himself and his brother Keenen Ivory WayansMarlon and Shawn chimed in, thanking the music stars for all the love.

AllHipHop reports the Finesse is 2-year old, and was actually the first single released from Bruno's 2016 24K Magic album. Fast forward the remixed version has been revamped and only dropped 2-days ago but, it's already #1 on iTunes, and the videos copped 13 millions views and counting! Wow! Congrats to them both.
