Today in Tha Wire as I reported yesterday, Chris Brown is riding high on the massive success of The Party Tour.  Last week Breezy stopped in Houston and took a little time out to celebrate his 28th birthday, with a big b-day bash at H-Town party spot Grooves.  As reported process servers found a way to get close enough to hand the singer court docs to appear at a hearing.  Earlier this year his ex, Karrueche Tran, filed papers asking for a restraining order.

TMZ reported in February Tran was granted permanent legal protection from Breezy, so at this point it's not clear why he's served.  The model is also alleging the singer has threatened her, and had abused her in the past.  Again, why talk about it now?  If in fact the Tran was being abused, she could have and should have made a report, when it went down.  Not saying she lying, but I am saying the timing is suspect.  She already was awarded a permanent protection order, so what else is she trying to get?

This is what Chris had to say back in February when the accusations were first made public.

Well fast forward, the story is getting old and Breezy is definitely feeling some type of way at this point.  After allegedly being served last week with court docs, Monday the singer allegedly took to Instagram with the following post:

Hopefully the Chris can maintain his cool, and any legal issues on the matter can be quietly dealt with.  Then both of them will get what they say they want...rid of one another once and for all.  I truly hope all goes well.
