The City GirlsJT gives fans an update from behind bars.

Last night (March 12), someone using the Miami rapper's account uploaded several photos to her Instagram timeline from her visit with her other half Yung Miami, Quality Control Music CEO and co-founder Pierre "Pee" Thomas and her manager Caprie. In her caption, JT thanks everyone who has been showing support for her from day one, and informs her fans that she'll be home soon.

"The wait is almost over 😈 thank you so much for the love & support. I told yal that 2019 is City Girls year. PERIOD! #FreeJT," JT wrote.

For his part, Pee sent his own good vibes in JT's direction, dedicating a special IG post to the incarcerated rapper. "Can’t Wait Til You Get Home💜 #FreeJt," he wrote in the caption.

It's been #FreeJT ever since she reported to the Federal Detention Center in Miami to complete her prison sentence for fraudulent credit card charges in July 2018. Although her sister-in-rhyme is serving time, Yung Miami and her team have done everything in their power to keep the City Girls on top the charts. After dropping their album, Girl Code, Yung Miami held it down for JT in Drake's "In My Feelings" video, their  "Twerk" video with Cardi B and on stages across the country.

While their success continues to pile up, Yung Miami and Quality Control are obviously eagerly waiting for her release so they can take things to the next level. JT has since been transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Fla. Records show that JT's release date is slated for March 21, 2020.

Check out JT's photos from her visit with the QC family below.
