Today in Tha Wire Fetty Wap's camp was dealt some charges of their own in the aftermath of the Montclair Deli shooting last weekend.  As previously reported police arrested and booked the rap star's hometown rival, 36-year old Raheem "Fuzz" Thomas, on gun related charges.  Now the New York Post reports a second arrest has been made in the case.

Sylvester Huffin, a label exec for Fetty's RGF Productions has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and three weapons charges.  Huffin reportedly fired the first shots, sparking the shootout.  Sources told TMZ as Fuzz and his Muscle Team goons pistol whipped a guy from the rapper's crew, they jacked Fetty for his chain and cash. Witnesses said Huffin pulled his gun and started shooting in defense.  He would ultimately shot himself in the melee, as he tried the flee the scene.

However, based on the charges Huffin's being nailed for shooting two men in the Muscle Team crew.  The only good news for him right now is their injuries were reported to be non life-threatening.  There's no word on whether or not either of them, will be charged with anything for their role in the robbery.  Meanwhile it looks like Fuzz has additional charges to deal with.

NJ.com reports Fetty's nemesis was hit with new charges to include, first-degree armed robbery, aggravated assault, receiving stolen property and possession of hollow-point bullets to go along with his prior gun charges.  Paterson Deputy Police Chief Troy Oswald, and Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes confirmed the new charges in a joint statement this week.

Thomas was in court Wednesday on the new charges and the investigation continues.  As always I will keep you posted.  That's Tha Wire for today, tuned next week for more on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.
