Happy Birthday to Future. The legend born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn turns 32 years old today (Nov. 20).

Back in 2015, Future proved his strength as a hitmaker with a streak of three impressive mixtapes: Monster, which featured "Commas"; Beast Mode, which had Zaytoven's production and "Just Like Bruddas"; and 56 Nights, which featured the epics "March Madness" and "Trap N----s." The liberation of DJ Esco, the union of 808 Mafia and Future's revival were a bit part of the reinvigoration of hip-hop in 2015.

This all translated well commercially. DS2, Future's third album, pushed 151,000 units in its first week to become the rapper's first No. 1 album. The too-big-to-fail collaboration with Drake, What a Time to Be Alive, came and also went No. 1.

And in 2017, Future has been on a tear.

He started the year with the release of his self-titled fourth album, which went platinum in August. A week after FUTURE was released, the ATL rapper dropped HNDRXX. His video for "My Collection" was one of the year's most talked-about and his hit single "Mask Off" sparked a viral music craze. He rocked the 2017 BET Awards with Kendrick Lamar and he's collaborated with Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign. And last month, he teamed with former rival Young Thug for their Super Slimey mixtape.

It's good to be Future right now.
