Speaking of which, for the first time ever two Jamz VIP's got caught up in a MAJOR bidding war over the sole pair of Charlie Wilson concert tickets available.  They were going at it at a feverish pace, because the bidding was going to close at 1 p.m. Central yesterday.  However, there was a "glitch" in the digital software and it didn't close the bidding!  When it went past 1 p.m., there bidding got more frantic!  At the same time, we were on the phone with our digital engineers trying to figure out how to stop the program and found out that we couldn't!  So, we had to do something to end it or they would probably still be bidding for those tickets!

It was obvious, they both wanted to go really bad.  So, we did the only thing we could do.  We stopped the bidding war.  Called each of them and told them, they both one.  Mind you, we really only had one pair of tickets to giveaway.  But, because they had both spent more than 300,000 points to win, and they were die hard 107 Jamz listeners, one of the 107 Jamz staff members gave up their own tickets, so they both could go.

Here's what happened when Nicole came to get her tickets this morning:

We truly appreciate ALL of you!  Thanks you for listening to 107 Jamz!
