On Monday, at NRG Stadium in Houston, the top-seeded Michigan Wolverines (14-0) and the second-seeded Washington Huskies (14-0) will square off in the College Football Playoff National Championship game. Two unbeaten teams will participate in the championship game for the first time since the CFP was introduced. This year's game is the final in a four-team playoff before the field grows to 12 for the 2024 season.
