Though he’s still one of the hottest emcees in hip-hop, Jay Z has an extensive resume’ without music.  Hate him or love him, Sean Carter is a self-made mogul and a beast when it comes to business and investments.  However when it comes to music, Jigga has become famous for shouting out his favorite things from cars and sports, to fashion and his love for Armand de Brignac champagne.

Better known as Ace of Spades a single bottle retails for about $300, however you can super-size the famous bubbly and cop a 30 liter bottle, known as the "Midas", for a mere $100,000.

Well, yesterday (Nov. 5) AllHipHop reports Jay Z put his money where his mouth is and actually purchased a piece of the high-end spirits company for an undisclosed amount. Sovereign Brands released a statement  about Hov’s latest power-move, confirming that they have turned all company interest over to the famous rapper.

“We are proud to announce that Sovereign Brands, a New York-based wine and spirits company owned by the Berish family, has sold its interest in the Armand de Brignac (‘Ace of Spades’) Champagne brand to a new company led by the globally-renowned Shawn ‘Jay Z’ Carter.”

Finally, one of the members of the teen sensation boy group of Mindless Behavior is in some major trouble with the law.  BET reports, 17-year-old Roc Royal of Mindless Behavior is the main suspect of grand theft auto.  Reportedly a BMW 325i, that belongs to record producer Chris Clark, came up missing after the two had a recording session together on Monday (Nov. 3). 

According to TMZ, Clark’s vehicle went missing immediately after a session with Royal at his Hollywood studio.  The producer told law enforcement, he left his car keys on a table in the studio and when he went to retrieve them, the keys, his car and Roc Royal were ghost.

TMZ reports Clark called the boy group member and told him he didn’t bring his car back, he’d call the police.  But his threat fell on deaf ears and when the youngster didn’t return with his car, Clark says he was forced to call authorities and report the car stolen.  It don't stop there!  Listen to Tha Wire now and get more details now.
