Jermaine Dupri Clears the Air on Jay-Z NFL Deal

People have been so quick to run with what they see online, most of what they've thought about Jay-Z's latest deal with the NFL has been blown out of proportion.

According to producer and songwriter Jermaine Dupri, when he spoke with his friend, Jay-Z, on last year about teaming up with the NFL, Jay never discouraged him or told him not to do it.  Seems people like Bryan Michael Cox and Funk Master Flex ran with the news because they knew JD and Jay had spoken about a similar deal Jermaine was negotiating.

Dupri also went on to says that it's no secret that he and Jay-Z are friends and he "didn't think speaking to his friends was a secret".
