On yesterday (April 3), Baton Rouge, La native Kevin Gates released new a video for his very laid back song 'Neon Lites',  from his mix-tape, 'The Luca Brasi Story'.Check out the new video as Gates literally chill's underneath neon lites while he sips from his white cup and enjoys the company of a very voluptuous young woman with neon lipstick that reads "Gates" on her bottom lip.
