Patti LaBelle Arrested After Fist Fight With Aretha Franklin? — Tha Wire [VIDEO]

I guess it's safe to say Aretha Franklin and Pattie LaBelle ain't cool.  Over the weekend the two divas met up at the White Houses' “Women of Soul”and the Queen of Soul threw Mrs. Pattie some shade.

Why is the 50 million dollar question.  Why did Aretha Franklin side step Pattie LaBelle at the White House, "Women of Soul" event?

What is Aretha upset with Pattie about?  I promise, I will do my best to find out.  In the meantime, one this is for sure, the two legends did NOT get in a fight and Pattie LaBelle did not get arrested.

The so called "fist fighting" breaking news came by way of thenewsnerd.com.  As a matter of fact, an excerpt from the sites story reads:

Onlookers say Labelle quickly removed her wig and earrings as she approached Franklin. Aretha, knowing that the removal of earrings is a tell-tale sign that a fight is about to ensue, attempted to prepare herself for the confrontation. Franklin was quickly struck with a Mayweather style right and left and stumbled backwards, landing awkwardly. Bystanders subdued Labelle and escorted her outside of the venue. Franklin suffered only minor injuries.

In other news, for reasons I can’t seem to understand Mimi Faust of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta has decided to record a sex tape with her boyfriend Nikko Smith and it’s about to hit the streets.

TMZ reports the couple has in fact agreed to let Vivid Entertainment release the video, and producers of LHHATL okayed the tape for mass production!

Finally, there was and still isn't anything funny about Suge Knight.  In spite of that Ice Cube has decided to enlist a very funny guy to assume Knights role in his upcoming N.W.A. biopic.  Recently, while on the radio show Dre’s House, comedian Capone revealed he's set to play Suge in Cubes new movie.
