It seems like there could be a problem with the MMG Tour and it all started from a song that was released over 3 years ago. A Rep for Rick Ross confirmed to Billboard that the remaining dates of the rapper’s tour with his Maybach Music Group have been cancelled. The show was suppose to be making rounds close to home, in Houston and was scheduled to go through December 16th but apparently in a statement it was said that the 23-day U.S. tour, which was later extended to go through till December 16, has been cancelled due to “apparent lack of organization and communication on the part of the tour promoter,” reps for Rick Ross told AllHipHop.com. Reps for Live Nation and Ross had not commented on the quote. at press time.

The cancelled dates included last night in Nashville, the 12th in Memphis, 13th in Houston, 15th in Detroit and the 16th in New York.

Rick Ross issued a statement in which he apologized for the cancelled shows and promise to do a makeup show sometime in the very near future.

Ross has been receiving some serious threats lately from the Gangsta Deciples in various cities and recently cancelled two shows in Carolina because of threats of his life. Hopefully we can get some of these issues rectified and let the boss resume the concerts soon.
