I gotta admit, although I am not a huge Mexican food guy, I am a sucker for some good nachos. You get a plethora of meats, cheeses, sauces, and other additions to make a new taste with each chip. I have had fajita nachos, seafood nachos, and poor-mans nachos. Poor-man's nachos are just chips with shredded cheese melted on top in a microwave.

I had seen a few people showing off a "Nacho Table" in preparation for Cinco de Mayo. You basically throw it all out on the table as you would crawfish, but it's nacho fixings instead of our little crustacean creatures. Course, now that I think about it. Nachos with crawfish on top sound pretty darn good. I'm off-topic, back to the subject at hand. Nacho Table.

Peveto has random throwdowns at his own Hurricane Grill. I have never been there, but maybe one day I might get invited over. The food Peveto puts out from this place looks amazing! I will let you in on a little secret, it's really his back porch. However, the name and the food would make us all believe it's a full-blown restaurant. No exception for their latest creation, the Nacho Table.

Basically, you throw out a giant circle of chips and top them with meats, beans, cheese, etc. Then throw in some extra fixings in the middle of the heart-stopping circle of cardiac carnivorous concoctions. I would say mission accomplished on the looks, and the reviews from the ones invited for the unveiling were that it was amazing. I wouldn't know, cause I haven't been invited. AHEM.

Would you do your own nacho table? Cause if you would, maybe you could invite me since Casey won't!

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
