2nd-Degree Murder

A Lake Charles man is behind bars following the shooting of a female and a male victim on Tulip Street on Tuesday evening.

It's the 13th homicide investigated by the Lake Charles Police Department in 2019.

The Lake Charles Police Department has made additional arrests in the 2nd-degree murder of 18-year-old Paulden James Lewis on October 1.
