A Louisiana grocery store has the dubious honor of being in the top 5 grocery stores with the longest lines in the country.

Today Colorado prosecutors have formally charged 24-year James Holmes with 24 counts of murder in the shooting at the Aurora movie theater.

After last week’s horrible shooting in Aurora, Colorado the topic of gun control has come up again.  Is it time to toughen up the gun laws in this country?  Will it do any good?  What do you think?  Actor/Rapper Ice-T and Rush Limbaugh got into somewhat of a heated exchange over the ordeal...

A press conference in Aurora, Colo., just wrapped up and revealed more details from today’s movie theater shooting.  Officials have cleared the air on one issue, reporting that a total of 71 people were shot — 12 died, and 59 were wounded.

The University of Colorado has released a photo of the “Dark Knight Rises” shooter.  James Holmes, 24, was arrested after killing 12 and wounding several dozen others during a midnight showing of the movie.

UPDATES 8:23 a.m.: Police have identified the shooter as James Holmes, 24.  CBS News reports that when police when to Holmes's apartment, it was "booby trapped" with ammunition and chemicals.  The death toll from the attack originally reported 14 deaths, though officials have since revised that number to 12.
