Gossip sites have been reporting for months that the marriage of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith is nearly over. Now, In Touch Weekly is giving some credence to those rumors with a new report that Jada has met with a divorce attorney.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith join a growing list of Hip-Hop artist who have gained a stake in ownership of the NBA.  The couple is among the new investors in the Philadelphia 76ers as confirmed Tuesday of this week.  The good news however, is over shadowed by the possible NBA lockout.
