To the men and women in the armed forces we thank you for your service and extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of our fallen. You will never be forgotten.

The City of Lake Charles celebrates Veterans Day beginning this Saturday November 8th at 10 a.m. Here's scheduled events around the city.

Lil Wayne has been in damage control mode, ever since  video surfaced of him performing his new single, ‘God Bless Amerika’ hit the internet.  The video shows the rapper walking and standing on the American Flag and this has ignited a firestorm of criticism.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service.   We salute are men and women in uniform and extent our gratitude for your sacrifice.
