Thanking the Louisiana National Guard: Unsung Heroes

Join 107 Jamz in saluting our Louisiana National Guard and Air Guard. Our local KPLC-TV made the men and women protecting the boot state the “Hometown Heroes” of the week. Rightfully so! We would like to ditto that call and extend a hearty thank you for their tireless efforts.

We owe them our gratitude for lending a hand all over the state, selflessly providing help wherever they are needed. These men and women have been conducting COVID-19 tests, delivering medical supplies, helping with food distribution, and much more throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Many of them have also been affected by the COVID-19 health crisis, financially and personally. They put their needs on hold and have been working sun up to sun down, making sure Louisiana residents get back on their feet.
