Too Short Is Alive! — THA WIRE [VIDEO]

Too Short is very much alive, thank God.  Unfortunately for him and other celebs like Missy Elliott and Akon, pranksters took to the internet other the past couple of days killing them off.  Why anyone would find that funny?  I don't know.  But, Too Short ain't laughin' -- that's for sure.

As no surprise, Mariah Yeater, the fan who has accused Justin Bieber of fathering her child by filing a paternity suit against him,  is now refusing to submit her son's DNA.  As previously reported, Justin took a DNA test Friday in a controlled and secure environment -- leaving no possibility for Mariah or her legal team to challenge the results.

Justin’s lawyers said they will not even discuss settling with Mariah, but they don’t have to worry about that for now.  Mariah has disappeared since Justin submitted his DNA!  Ironically, all they need to close this paternity case is her son Tristyn’s DNA to see if there's a match or not.   But, neither Mariah nor legal representation has made any attempt to contact Justin’s team or provide the baby’s DNA. Wow!  Really?
