Trippie Redd, Boogie, Shoreline Mafia and More: Videos This Week
In modern hip-hop, the video floodgates are always open. Brand-new visuals can drop any day of the week and you don't even have to watch TV to see them. If you have internet access, you can see the latest video from your favorite artist. Thankfully, you steered that browser to XXL, where we corral this week's rap videos.
Trippie Redd has been releasing one-off videos over the last few months, for songs that aren't connected to a specific project. This week, he unleashed "Time To Die," featuring FreeMoney800. The song is mostly studio footage where Trippie kicks it with his crew, along with some nifty effects. The chill song is a little different from the former XXL Freshman's typical fare, but it bangs.
Boogie dropped his debut album, Everything's For Sale, fairly recently, and here comes the video for the song featuring Eminem, his Shady Records label-mate. "Rainy Days" is both bright and brooding. At one point, the wall starts bleeding behind Boogie. As a whole, the video is a cool look at a living legend showing support to a skilled MC on his team.
It seems like Shoreline Mafia always have new music tucked away. Their latest song and video is "Pressure," where members Fenix Flexin and OhGeesy handle the entire track. There's some interesting shots, including Fenix getting tatted up while he raps and some dance moves. You never know what to expect from Shoreline.
