We admit, this is a bit unfair. After all, everyone who's ever gone water skiing has taken a tumble. Usually right at the beginning, too, judging by what we found on YouTube.

Something about when you're just sitting there, waiting to actually start water skiing, all that tension and excitement building and—WHOOSH! The boat's pulled away, but there you are bobbing up and down in the water like a goofball. Anyway, water skiing is hard.
