Penelope Is The 107 Jamz Dog Of The Week

Meet Penelope, she's the 107 Jamz Dog of The Week!  As we team-up with Lake Charles Pit Bull Rescue (LCPBR), we are looking for a forever or foster home for this cutie of a puppy. Sweet little Penelope is a survivor and one tough little cookie. This adorable 8 week old baby had a rough go from the very start and nearly died from Parvo.  However, she fought hard and I am ecstatic to say (as of April 29, 2015) she beat the life threatening virus. She is looking for a foster or forever home. How can you resist this precious face?!

Now all this baby needs is a loving, responsible family to give her a secure and safe place to grow and live out the rest of days happy.  If you can't keep her indefinitely, but want to be her foster parent until we find her a home, that would be wonderful.  LCPBR is always in need of responsible, dog loving foster parents.  The more foster parents they get, the more room they have at their facility and the more dogs they can rescue.

They are always in need of donations and volunteers to help walk, feed, clean-up after and play with the dogs at the shelter. Of course, dog supplies are also needed like beds and kennels, food, toys, etc. Finally, monetary donations go a long, long way as well because a lot of these rescue dogs need medical attention, surgery and prescriptions filled to help bring them back to good health.
