Pillows Of Clouds Presents The Gospel Stage Play, “Broken Trust”

Lake Charles and surrounding areas are in for a treat Friday June 19, 2015.  Come out and see the joys and pain of love and marriage, in the powerful gospel stage play, "BROKEN TRUST." 

A Pillows Of Clouds play by Lake Charles native Tommy Cole, "BROKEN TRUST" was written and performed to encourage those who are in a relationship to stay together.  Times can and WILL get rough, but too many of us take the commitment lightly.  Love isn't easy, and "BROKEN TRUST" will put that harsh reality on display in more ways than one.  Along the way, you'll be inspired, laugh and cry as this new and exciting play will touch all your senses!

Meet the exciting cast

Chester Brinson portrays God fearing Joseph Holland, Mary's husband. A preachers son, he's strong, hard-working and God fearing. All he wants is his wife, a happy marriage and successful business.

LaQuita Kayworth plays the part of Mary Holland, Joesph's wife.  She's lost interest in her husband and God. So, she starts looking for a little excitement in all the wrong places.

Christin Rankins portrays one of Mary's wild and crazy friends..Gracilla.  She loud and funny, but deep inside very lonely. Gracilla's got her eyes on Benny!

Andrea Scott plays the role of Anna and she's another friend of Mary's. She's a party girl, single and fancy free. However, she tries to be the voice of reason.  She warns Mary if she doesn't treat her husband right, he's going to leave.

Aimee Bojoie is girlfriend number three..Martha.  Like Anna and Grazilla, Martha is always down for the next party. Soon, she too realizes that the club has only been a distraction to her empty life.

Tommy Ray Cole stars as Joesph's father Pastor Holland.  Pastor is a wise, loving and supportive father to Joesph.  As his son struggles in his marriage, he reminds him to keep his eye on God.

Cole also stars as the hilarious Benny.  Benny is a hot mess and way to old to be playing the ladies. He is also looking for love and finds it in Gracilla.

Gina Cook portrays Belinda.  She's a divorced, God fearing woman who lost her husband to alcoholism.

She is Joesph's insurance agent and helps him manage his business assets.  Belinda also reminds Joesph to pray and stay close to God as a way to find peace with his wife and marital problems.

Hunter Hewitt plays the part of .  He's Robert, the bartenders hilarious employee and sidekick Frenzwa.

He gets to witness all the drama unfold at the Four Corner Club.  One things for sure, he's not gonna get in Gracilla's way.

Last but not least, Mr. Maurice Johnson stars as Robert.  He's the owner/bartender of the Four Corner Club.  He's also Mary's side piece.  He get's way to close and personal with Mrs. Holland and and winds up getting his hands caught in the cookie jar!
