Lake Charles, La. - The third suspect wanted in connection to the homicide at 409 North Simmons Street on Monday, July 17, has been arrested after turning himself in to police.

16-year-old Justin Ned turned himself into the Iowa Police Department on Thursday, July 20, shortly after 4:30 p.m., said a LCPD media release from Lt. Kevin Kirkum. He’s charged with first degree murder, 3 counts of armed robbery, and 3 counts of robbery with a firearm. He currently has no bond.

Members of the Lake Charles Police Department S.W.A.T. Team traveled to Iowa, La. where they arrested Ned. He was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.

The total number of arrests in connection with the shooting death of 31-year-old Gary Obrien is 4, said Lt. Kirkum, and "There are no other fugitives at this time."
