Traffic conditions worsened more and more as the cold front we expected moved in with severe weather. As a result of slick roads and low visibility, a wreck on I-10 Eastbound occurred involving an 18-wheeler jackknifing and running off of the overpass and landing on Fruge Street.

The big truck was traveling east on I-10 and allegedly lost control running off of the interstate overpass and landing on highway 90. Currently, traffic on I-10 east is flowing again, but DOT says that the traffic on Highway 90 is still being diverted around.
