Lake Charles, Louisiana - One of Louisiana's biggest names in hip-hop is coming to Lake Charles this summer, and you could be there for free. We're giving you a chance to win tickets to see Webbie live in concert on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Rosa Hart Theatre.

Baton Rouge native Webbie has been one of the biggest names in hip-hop for more than 20 years. He first gained attention early in his career with a collaboration or two with Louisiana and hip-hop legend Boosie Badazz.

Over the years, Webbie has released several hit songs, including "Independent," "Gimme That," "6 12's," and "What's Happenin'." His song "Independent," featuring Boosie and Lil Phat, became his biggest hit, reaching the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and becoming one of the most recognizable Southern rap songs of its time.

Now, Webbie is bringing The Southern Truth Tour to Lake Charles for one night only, and the Peoples Station, 107 JAMZ, is giving you a chance to win tickets.
