2017 Soul Train Awards Winners

The 2017 Soul Train Awards is finally here! Erykah Badu is the host and she is ready to bring the peace, love and soul.

At this year’s star-studded event, Solange is the artist to beat with her seven total nominations, including Best R&B/Soul Female Artist, Song of the Year for “Cranes In the Sky” and Album/Mixtape of the Year for A Seat at the Table.

Bruno Mars follows with six mentions including Best R&B/Soul Male Artist, Best Dance Performance for “24k Magic” and Album/Mixtape for 24k Magic.

Other nominees include DJ Khaled, SZA, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, Lalah Hathaway and others.

In addition, R&B icons Toni Braxton and SWV will be presented with the Don Cornelius Legend and Lady of Soul honors, respectively.

Among the artists slated to perform at the Soul Train Awards include Toni and Tamar Braxton, 112, Daniel Caesar, Ledisi, Keyshia Cole, Tank, SWV and more.

The 2017 Soul Train Awards will air on BET at 8PM ET.
