8 Things That Are Sorta Kind Of Legal In Louisiana

In Louisiana, the natives march to a different drum. So, some illegal things in one part of the country may be totally legal in the Bayou State. Likewise, a lot of the laws have a double meaning. It's the grey area you gotta look out for.

1. BUYING WEED
Medical marijuana is legal in Louisiana that includes the smokable form. So, feel free to puff-puff pass...as long as you have a prescription.

Based on Louisiana statute 14:106. Yes and no. As it pertains to Obscenity: You're only violating the law if you are trying to "arouse desire" by displaying your private parts or nipples. 4. DUMPSTER DIVING
Okay. Let's state the obvious...that's nasty. Moving on, if you have a fetish for climbing in local dumpsters, here are a few things you need to know. Dumpster diving is legal in Louisiana, but it depends on where the dumpster is and who it belongs to.
