I have to admit when I first saw this video, I actually thought this was real until I watched it a little further. This is actually pretty funny, obviously it wouldn't be if this were true. They are making light on the stop and frisk procedure that they have in New York for patrons they deem suspicious!

Stop and Kiss Controversy:

Yeah this wouldn't fly for a minute with the way these officers are pulling up on people. I think it's safe to say they would be more comfortable with the stop and frisk then the alternative any day! Let's just hope they will back away from all controversial means and leave well enough alone.
