When you see those red and blue lights flashing in your rearview mirror you're probably about to get a ticket, but according to police officers there are a few things you can say, and do, that might soften the blow.

I have to admit when I first saw this video, I actually thought this was real until I watched it a little further. This is actually pretty funny, obviously it wouldn't be if this were true. They are making light on the stop and frisk procedure that they have in New York for patrons they deem suspicious!
