Apply For The Southwest Louisiana $3,000 Small Business Grant Giveaway

What would you do with an extra $3,000? If you own a small business I'm sure you could think of 3,000 ways to put that money to good use. You can never have enough cash flow. Right? Owning a business is hard because there are so many expenses. Small businesses are constantly dealing with a lack of resources, and cash flow.

The good news is, someone understands that need and they're doing something about it. The Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance has partnered with the internet, TV & phone provider Optimum to give away 30, $3,000 grants to support and grow local businesses! Can your business use an extra $3,000?

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE GRANT GIVEAWAY

Fill out this application and submit it today or by the deadline of Friday, August 16, 2024.

WHAT IS THE CRITERIA?

• Have a brick-and-mortar location in Optimum’s service area
• Have been open for a minimum of two years
• Have 10 or fewer employees
• Permission to use your information and images.

During the application process, small business applicants must describe how this grant will help their business grow and enable them to contribute to the community they serve.

EXPECTATIONS FOR GRANT WINNERS

Should your business be selected as a winner, your business must utilize all funds by the end of 2024.

WHAT WILL THE WINNERS RECEIVE?

• A $3,000 Small Business Grant
• Winning small business owners will receive a basic Chamber SWLA membership,( if not already a member.)
• Winning businesses will be featured in a series of public profiles related to this grant giveaway.
