The toll is a necessary evil if Louisiana drivers want to build a new one. A trucking association is not happy about paying what they call a double tax.

In a statement emailed Wednesday to students, faculty and staff members, Dr. Joseph Savoie, University president, said the student does not live on campus, nor were they a student resident this semester.

This will include all public meetings, events, programming and extra-curricular activities in an effort to curb the potential spread of the virus.
