Babyface, whose real name is Kenny Edmonds, is one of the most famous names in music. He has won 13 GRAMMY Awards and is known as one of the greatest songwriters and producers of all time. In fact, he is the only producer to win Producer of the Year four times, including three years in a row.
Babyface helped create the record label LaFace Records, which helped launch big stars like Usher, TLC, Toni Braxton, Outkast, and P!nk. His journey started when he was just a kid in Indianapolis. He began writing songs at age 12 and earned his first record deal after high school.
Over the years, Babyface has released several huge albums, including Tender Lover, For the Cool in You, and The Day. Some of his most popular songs include “When Can I See You,” “Every Time I Close My Eyes,” and “Tender Lover.”
