I'm in one of those moods today where I go back in time and reminisce over one of my favorite classic songs! Ready? Let's go!

The year was 1998, and Lisa Raye showed us all of her wonderful goodies in Ice Cube's classic comedy/drama thriller, "Players Club," (April 8). Barely a week prior, (March 31), Montell Jordan released his third album under Def Jam, "Let's Ride," featuring the title track "Let's Ride" that featured Master P and Silkk the Shocker.

"Let's Ride" was Montell Jordan's third album, which peaked at #20 on the Billboard 200 and #8 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. "Let's Ride," was certified gold by the RIAA on May 4, 1998. Not many artists are doing that these day's.

The album spawned 2 hit singles, the certified platinum "Let's Ride", [#2 on the Billboard Hot 100}, and the certified gold, "I Can Do That", [#14 on the Hot 100].

Now, for one of my favorite R&B/Hip-Hop collaborations! Here's the song that I secretly know all of the words too, "Let's Ride!"
