Bruno Mars Lost His Mother Saturday [VIDEO]

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Grammy-winning superstar Bruno Mars, who lost his mother over the weekend.

According to reports Bruno's mother, Bernadette Hernandez, passed suddenly Saturday of a brain aneurysm in Hawaii.  Mrs. Hernandez was only 55 years old.  She died in Honolulu at Queens Medical Center; no other information was given.

Bernadette Hernandez suffered a heart attack on May 31st and sadly died after a brain aneurysm on June 1st.  Bruno was very close with his mother and recently this video surfaced on the internet.  It features a 4-year-old Bruno Mars singing "I love you Mom".  Get a tissue, it's a tear jerker.

It's obvious, Bruno was born to be a star.  However, you know what they say, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree".  Bruno got his talent form his mother.  Mrs. Hernandez was a hula dancer and a singer who immigrated from the Philippines.
