Heads Up: Calcasieu Parish Offices Closed For Good Friday

If you’ve got business with the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury this week, just a heads-up: all Parish departments will be closed on Friday, April 18, in honor of Good Friday.
📍 Solid Waste Centers? Still open! Trash pickup? Still on schedule!
But no worries if you’ve got trash or garbage to go out — Waste Management will still be running their regular pickup schedule. So go ahead and roll those bins to the curb like usual.

Meanwhile, if you need to drop off large items or household waste, both Residential Solid Waste Convenience Centers in Lake Charles and Sulphur will be open Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM — business as usual. Happy Easter!
