If you live in Calcasieu Parish there is more than one way, and more than one location to pay your property taxes on time before the end of the year.

You can pay your 2014 property taxes online via the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office website, cpso.com.  In addition to making payments by cash, check, money order, and cashier’s check, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards.

“We are always looking for ways to make it more convenient for the taxpayers to pay their taxes,” says Sheriff Mancuso. “If you choose to pay online, there will be no lines to stand in and you will be able to pay your taxes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”

Taxes don’t have to be payed online, the traditional way of paying in person is still an option as well at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Tax Office, Magnolia Life Building, 1011 Lakeshore Drive, Suite 100, Lake Charles. Monday—Friday 8:30 a.m.—4:30 p.m. (Open through lunch).

Find more locations to make payments on property taxes for those of you who live throughout the parish, out side of Lake Charles.
