This past holiday weekend, a video of Cardi B dancing naked surfaced on the internet, and shortly after, it was reported that it was actually the beginning of a sex tape. Now, Bardi is threatening legal action, as it's being reported that the video—which preceded a clip of her fiancé Offset recording another naked woman—were stolen.

Bardi's attorney Scott Mason tells TMZ that those videos were "illegally obtained" and that the Bronx rapper's team is now looking into finding the digital thieves. There's no word on how much progress she's made thus far.

What appears crystal clear, though, is that Cardi, who released her latest single, "Bartier Cardi," last week, isn't stressing the video.

"People keep posting the nude videos of me like if i wasn’t a stripper before ‍♀️You know there’s videos of me stripping with my titties & ass out on YouTube already right ?anyways i know i know i got a nice body right ," Bardi tweeted on Christmas day.

The second video, which features another naked woman in what people presume to be Offset's hotel room, seemingly landed the Migos rapper in hot water. Apparently, that vid was snatched from the rapper's iCloud this past September. Offset proposed to Cardi in October, but as we all know, they'd been seeing each other for a while before that.

Neither Cardi nor Offset seem to be stressing that video, though, as both uploaded a sex tape parody video online a day ago.
