It looks like Cardi B is finally going to be slowing down in order to rest up for her bundle of joy on the way. The "Be Careful" rapper announced to fans last night (April 25) that her upcoming performance at the 2018 Broccoli Festival this weekend will be her last time taking the stage due to her pregnancy.

Cardi made the announcement in a video on Instagram, where she thanked her fans for their understanding as she continues to focus on her health. She even admits that while her performances may look like she has tons of energy, she has a harder time keeping up now that she's carrying a child.

"Broccoli Fest will be my last performance for a little while and everything," she explains. "Because you know, shorty keep growing and it's just like...you know, I be looking like I be moving and everything, but in reality, a bitch barely can breathe. I wanna thank y'all for understanding."

While fans are sad that they won't be able to see Cardi hitting stages throughout the summertime, she does assure her supporters that she will be back and ready to go for Bruno Mars' 24K Magic Tour, which kicks off on Sept. 7 in Denver, Co.

"I'll be back for the Bruno Mars tour and everything," she continues.

Even though she won't be performing, the Bronx native won't be missing from the music scene. This morning (April 26), she tweeted that she has a lot of work on her plate including recording new songs and guest features, as well as some deals that she already committed to.

"Okay so i might be off from doing performances for a couple of months but in the meantime imma be working my ass off," she writes. "So many songs, features to do .Working on a lot of deals i sign up for and most importantly nesting .Im already overwhelmed from the new work."

We can't wait to see what else Cardi has up her sleeve, but hopefully she makes plenty of time to rest as well. Peep her announcement below.
