According to the case, an unnamed woman filed a complaint several months after the alleged incident in 2012, claiming that she was at a sushi restaurant with Cee Lo Green when he, without her consent, put the hallucinogenic "love drug" in her drink. She reported to authorities that she blacked out and woke up naked in a bed with him.

TMZ reports Green will be cleared of the assault.  In spite of the fact that the woman provided authorities with a recording of Cee Lo talking about the incident, the D.A. ruled that it was insufficient evidence. Apparently on the recording, Green admits to taking ecstasy, but not the assault.  After a lengthy investigation, law enforcement sources discovered that the two dated for months and had been intimate prior to the time in question, so her complaint was didn’t hold any weight.

With the sexual assault charges behind him, the famous entertainer is now looking at new charges.  Get more details below with Tha Wire.
