Lake Charles own Jarvis Jacob is back with another video from his mixtape Rouge: Rated M, titled "Talk to Me," produced by Marlon Capdeville, and the video is directed by Keith Honore of South Shot Ya Productions. 

The video also features lovely Lake Charles native and former Southern University  Dancing Doll D'Tara Frank as the leading lady, who also happens to be 1 of 2 performers from SWLA who graced the stage with Beyonce for Super Bowl XLVII, Check out the video here!
