If you have been following the news over the past few weeks. You are surely aware that the stats are rising for COVID cases in Louisiana. With the Delta Variant, there are no cures and many are wondering how a person who has been vaccinated can get it like the unvaccinated. Well, the vaccination is not going to prevent you from getting the virus, but it can help limit time in the Hospital if any at all. It can also aid in preventing your death.

Oschner CHRISTUS Health Clinic is having several opportunities for those of you who may be on the fence about getting the vaccination. This will all begin on this Monday, August 9 at the Oschner CHRSTUS COVID vaccine clinic located in Lake Charles 4150 Nelson Road in Suite 11 of building C.

Here are the designated dates and times for the vaccinations listed below:

Monday, August 9- 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

Tuesday, August 10- 1 p.m.- 3 p.m.

Wednesday, August 11- 9 a.m.- 12 p.m.

Thursday, August 12- 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Friday, August 13- 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

If you would like to get your name on the list in advance, don't hesitate to register here. You can also call 855-668-3625 during normal business hours. Walk- in appointments are welcomed, however please be prepared if there is a wait. It is important that whether or not you decide to get the vaccination, that you decide to mask up to protect yourself and others.
