A man loves his dog so much that when a kangaroo has his beloved pooch in a schoolyard bully headlock, he steps to the kangaroo and punches it in the face. Think I’m joking? Watch the video above, because seeing is believing.

“Homeless” might not be the best word to describe a Los Angeles man who lives below a freeway. The man has turned the space into his own personal motel that he calls “Paradise Lane.” There’s a bedroom, bathroom, and a jacuzzi tub, which is really a refrigerator turned on its back. The man even has a living room, a spare bedroom, snack table, and a smoke room. He has plans to extend his “pimp pad” further down the sidewalk area beneath the freeway.

I wonder if city zoning permits his new crib? I doubt it. You’ve got to give the man props for surviving by any means necessary.
