So you're standing in line just waiting to get you a big mac and some fries, maybe a fish sandwich inside Mickey D's and what happens, well we come across a disgruntled customer who is unhappy with the service. Take a look at this video and decide for yourself whether this could have been handled differently!

I sat here and watched this and was very embarrased for the young lady, now obviously there are two sides to every story but this one is on her. There was actually a few employees in there who tried to keep themselves in check and handle it a little better but she was highly upset over something that couldhn't have been handled without yelling. Props to those workers and to the person with the camera, which show that you never know who is watching you when you're doing the most.
